Baking has been a tradition in our family for generations and we are proud to offer baked goods that come from years of knowledge and experience. The inspiration for our bakery is Opal Rhodes. Born in 1916, Opal spent countless hours in the kitchen, first learning family traditions, then sharing her knowledge with her children and grandchildren. After her passing in 2006 her recipes were shared with the family and now three generations of Opal's family have come together to form Dragonfly Bakery. The amount of love that Opal put into her baking is put into each and every fresh-baked morsel!
